Founded by DebraLynn Findon, a former model & casting director for over 10 years, Discover opened it's LA office in 2001. She provides an experienced & well-rounded perspective on the entertainment industry like no other. Known for beginning the careers of several A-List actors, Debralynn continues to live up to her company’s name by discovering and developing new talent as well as nurturing and guiding the careers of established names.

 

In 2014, Discover Management extended its reach to join forces with Six Degrees to represent Artists, Talent & Personalities in the New York market. With Broadway veteran, Henry Ravelo, at the helm, the NY office primarily focuses on established; expanding their careers in all areas.

 

This collaboration allows our team to not only submit our clients for employment in both New York and Los Angeles, but it also allows us to produce, promote and directly book them for projects throughout the world.
